### Operator regulations

Due to an increase in operator regulations, termination of all SMS towards New Zealand is considered best-effort delivery. This means messages may or not deliver; this is out of our control.

A solution to this would be to procure a dedicated Short Code in New Zealand. This will be the most reliable solution to deliver messages towards New Zealand, irrespective of the network operator.
